These vegan chai latte donuts with maple glaze are baked to perfection and so easy to make. They're a healthy alternative to a traditional donut but equally as delicious!

- 2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour blend (or regular all-purpose flour)
- 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 & 1/3 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Maple glaze:
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 tsp almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a donut pan with cooking spray.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until incorporated.
